The hotel was undergoing renovations and the rooms were very clean. There were multiple families staying in the hotel, which made it feel safe. The hotel rooms were spacious, especially the ones with two queen beds. We also appreciated the fact that the hotel allowed us to check in earlier than the standard check-in time.
The location of the hotel was not the greatest, but we still felt safe during our stay. The single queen beds were quite small and there could have been more towels provided in the rooms.

The rooms were recently renovated and spotless. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The setting was favorable, really close to the center of San Francisco and "7 Mile" restaurant, along with the light rail. It was also in a safe area.
